Bush-Whacker is changing pace by introducing a new line of Smokers. Hall Manufacturing has been in business of fabricating steel products for more than 75 years. During that time our engineers and love for barbecue have come up with a barbecue pit that is sure to win over your toughest judge.
Cooking Chamber
Horizontal smoker is 5/16” thick rolled new steel with a 30” x 60” cooking chamber. Main cooking chamber has four angle-framed pullout food trays and a 2.5” drain plug
Firebox
24” x 30” Firebox has a heavy-duty removable wood grating and a
adjustable air-intake vent for better air control.
Customization
The custom sign gives your organization or affiliation prime 70” x 36” marketing
space.
Trailer
Trailer is 2” by 3” tubing and angle, with 15” white wheels and trailer-rated tires. Includes a 2” coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness.
All doors lock for safety and security for safe travel.

Description
ST-180 Elite raises the bar for the rotary cutters on the market. Built off the time tested T-180, the ST-180 has a smooth top deck for ease of cleaning and upgrades that we've always wanted to make to the T-180. The ST-180 will show up to work everyday and tackle the obstacles you pull it over.
Technology
Gearboxes — 540 RPM or 1,000 RPM
Three spindle gearboxes, 250 HP, base mounted, 1:1.6 ratio. One divider box, 275 HP, base mounted. All gearboxes have malleable housings, forged alloy steel, carbonized and hardened gears and shafts, tapered and ball bearings. 20 splined 1 3/4” input shaft, 2 3/8” output shaft on spindle boxes.
Drive Shafts Shielded PTOs made from finest quality propeller shaft materials and needle bearing universal joints. Category 5 80-degree constant velocity main drive shaft, Category 4 intermediate and wing drive shafts.
Slip Clutch
Three heavy-duty clutches with spring type adjustment and four friction discs.
Blades
1/2” by 4” material, alloy spring steel, airlift design. Free swinging when encountering obstructions. 8” overlap for better cutting. Blade tip speed: 16,768 FPM.
Wheels
Six solid rubber tires standard. Independent shock absorbing system for all wheel axles. Cutting height adjustable from 2” to 17”. Optional: aircraft tires or implement tires.
Bush-Whacker Special Deck
Bush-Whacker Special Deck includes a primary (bottom) deck of 3/16” steel that is welded to heavy duty heavy channel structures. The smooth, easy-to-clean top deck is made of 12 gauge steel and protects the inner support frame. Combined deck thickness: .2921”.
Hydraulic Adjustments
Hydraulic lift cylinders control raising and lowering of flexible wings (winch assembly for manual wing lift is optional). Wings may be raised to 88 degrees above horizontal and lowered to 22 degrees below horizontal cutting plane. Optional: rephasing level lift systems.
